using Power Automate to monitor emails

I started receiving emails in the format below, and receive many of them every hour.  Can I use Power Automate to summarize these in an email or excel sheet and have it sent to a group every hour?  These are all received from a specific email address.

This is the Microsoft Fabric/Power BI forum, not the PowerPlatform/PowerAutomate forum, so our help may be limited as we focus on Fabric. 

But at a high level, you should be able to, in PowerAutomate, use the When a new email arrives (V2) trigger to capture those emails and shove them into a file on sharepoint or a sharepoint list, and then have a second flow that runs every hour to summarize all the new entries and email them out.
