Sample file not usable Fabric Tutorial

Good morning everyone,
I wanted to try this tutorial but as already happened the link from which you have to download the data sample is no longer accessible.
What is the point of continuing to keep these tutorials if they are not reproducible?

thank you for responding so quickly.
This is the link mentioned on the topic I mentioned earlier.

today it is working, yesterday it was reporting fle access error 😕
