Power BI automation tools obsolete?

Hi,

In the most recent documentation of Fabric deployment pipelines Microsoft recommends the Power BI automation tool extension in order to invoke the deployment pipelines in Fabric from Azure DevOps:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/cicd/deployment-pipelines/pipeline-automation#use-the-power...

However, this extension is modified by Dec 6, 2022. Is this extension still in active development or is Microsoft developing a new extension?

https://github.com/microsoft/powerbi-azure-pipelines-extensions/tree/main

Kind regards,

Arash

Hi!

This question appears to be better suited for the Power BI community which does cover topics around release / deployment pipelines. This community focuses primarily on the components found inside of the Data Factory which are, today, Data pipelines and Dataflows.

I'd encourage you to post this question on the Power BI community.
