Pipeline not running on scheduled time

I am creating a pipeline for the first time here and I am facing an issue (not sure if it is an issue or I am doing something wrong), the pipeline is running as expected when clicking run now but it is not running on the scheduled time (for example once a day on a mentioned time) nothing will happen and it is showing next refresh time is exactly the difference between the current time and the scheduled time for example the time of taking the screenshot is 09:07 AM

All that remains is to check whether there is any instability in your tenant (Health Status in admin portal).

Try again tomorrow. If it still does not work, you will need to consider opening a ticket with Microsoft support.

Are you sure about the time zone? (UTC+4)

Because it won't run until tomorrow if it's after 9:00 a.m. where you are.

The time zone is correct ( I am in UAE), the issue that for some reason it is not running on the time it is scheduled to run on, I tried even to delete the schedule and I have tried even to make the time zone as UTC with no success

You tried to delete it and set up a weekly schedule (you tick every day, which is the same as a daily schedule).

I tried that and the same issue, is there any thing in the admin settings or anything that needs to be enabled to allow scheduled run ? I tried everything with no success. it will work normally if I manually run it

No, nothing on the administration side for the schedule.

Have you tried ‘By the minute’ and every 15 minutes? See if that works.

unfortunately it didn't work either, so in summary any scheduled run is not working
