Is it possible to do an event based trigger to trigger a data pipeline?

Is it possible to do an event based trigger to trigger a data pipeline?. For example, when a file is added?.

Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Currently Fabric supports Scheduled triggers for pipelines. But more triggers will be added to Microsoft Fabric shortly.

Hey,

unfortunately as stated above, as of now Data pipelines only supports schedules triggers and not any event based triggers.

Alos currently there are no REST APIs to trigger the data pipelines, to build a custom logic to event trigger the pipelines via REST API.

But there is a vision to have event trigger integrated eventually
