Fabric Reflex/Data Activator is not able to get data

I am trying to create a reflex that will trigger a notebook.

but I am unable to link the reflex with my eventstream, when I am using sample data, we can see the data, but when I am trying to link my eventstream, nothing is happening.

Here are some screenshots for reference:
These are the photos in order of steps executed. In the last photo you can see the data has been successfully added, but still we see the data is not showing.

The following three conditions need to be met to get a count for the data activator from the event stream:

Also check the logs or error messages for screenshot information that can be provided.
