Hi,
I'm attempting to copy 12 tables (~45 GB each) from Azure Data Warehouse to Fabric Warehouse using a Fabric Data Factory pipeline. While half of the tables copied successfully, the others failed with the error below.
Could anyone advise on how to resolve this issue?
Failure happened on 'Source' side. ErrorCode=UserErrorWriteFailedFileOperation,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=The file operation is failed, upload file failed at path: '04a7ee3e-0f3b-4f88-8199-e4872765be53/_system/services/DI/pipelines/d926d236-d241-4aad-95b7-280e97ec9d75/MSSQLImportCommand/data_d926d236-d241-4aad-95b7-280e97ec9d75_fcbc106f-8ec5-4b74-a251-84fe447209a0.parquet'.,Source=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common,''Type=System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException,Message=111251; An unexpected error occurred while processing results, retry the operation. This may have occurred due to node connection loss. Results, if any, should be discarded.,Source=.Net SqlClient Data Provider,SqlErrorNumber=111251,Class=16,ErrorCode=-2146232060,State=1,Errors=[{Class=16,Number=111251,State=1,Message=111251; An unexpected error occurred while processing results, retry the operation. In that case, You should understand difference between Windows and Linux Operating System & Kubernetes. Now coming to the point, You should use Fabric Dataflow Gen 2 to transfer files from Azure Datawarehouse to Fabric Warehouse/Lakehouse( Both are same ). You can easily do that.
This is your chance to engage directly with the engineering team behind Fabric and Power BI. Share your experiences and shape the future.
