When trying to run a copy activity using our Data Warehouse as a source and our On-Prem Server as a destination I get the following error when running the pipeline:

We haven't been able to determine what this issue is. We are connecting through a gateway and to our knowledge no ports or URLs are being blocked. Just trying to see what step I'm missing here. When I preview data in the copy activity it pulls records successfully and mapping works so I know it's connected. It only fails when I run the copy activity to write to the destination.
Hey,
For debugging purpose, can you please create a lookup activity for on prem database and a lookup activity for warehouse with any simple select query and execute them and confirm back here whether both the lookup activities were success?
Hi @NandanHegde
I have exactly the same problem (copying data from Fabric into On-Prem) and facing the same error message.
I have created 2 lookup activities as you recommended and those activities succeeded when running pipeline
As the lookup activities are succesful individually, so the issue is on the server hosting the gateway.
It seems fabric is not accessible from the server.
Can you plz login within the server and try accessing both the source and sink from within the server?
what is the way to testing test accessing source and sink?
