use managed private end point to access storage account

Not sure if this works. You may give it a try

from azure.storage.blob import BlobServiceClient

# Replace with your storage account name and private endpoint URL
storage_account_name = "your_storage_account_name"
private_endpoint_url = "https://your_storage_account_name.privatelink.blob.core.windows.net"

# Create a BlobServiceClient using the private endpoint URL
blob_service_client = BlobServiceClient(account_url=private_endpoint_url)

# List containers in the storage account
containers = blob_service_client.list_containers()
for container in containers:
    print(container.name)
