Activity failed because an inner activity failed; Inner activity name: salesforce_account_upsert, Error: Notebook execution failed at Notebook service with http status code - '200', please check the Run logs on Notebook, additional details - 'Error name - NameError, Error value - name 'notebookutils' is not defined' :

we are noticing that suddenly our notebooks are failing and we are getting this error. they have been running fine all along and this is happening now. yesterday this got fixed when I tried to refresh our custom environment. like adding public library (numpy)

This seems to have been fixed if I refresh my spark environment! and also added fsspec as part of the public library!
