Hi @noeldtee17 ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.

 

This error typically occurs when Power BI cannot access required metadata for rendering the report or workspace.

Please check below things.

1. Firewall/Proxy blocking Power BI endpoints, may be this one of the reason.

2. Clear Browser Cache and reload.

3. Try Incognito/Private Mode or another browser.

4. Disconnect VPN, if using and try again.

5. Your internet might be connected but DNS or routing to Power BI services is failing intermittently.

6. Changes to your organization's firewall, VPN policy, or network settings could block required traffic.

7. Please check with your IT team, to fix the issue.
