Hi @tom77
It seems you are selecting an existing connection for a lakehouse. If you try to create a new connection, will you get the same error? If you connect to a different lakehouse, will this error occur? Have you used dataflow Gen2 to connect to a lakehouse before? Was there any error then?
Sometimes this could be a transient problem. You can try again after some time.

see the attached picture when I am trying to create new connection. In addition, (I redo the same scenario in new workspace) I create new workspace and then I upload my files in data engineering and then Get data i choose dataflow Gen 2 and then get data and choose lakehouse and same error appears when I tried to connect
Hi @tom77
Do you have Power BI Desktop on your computer? Let's check whether you can connect to a lakehouse with the same account in Power BI Desktop.
Power Query Lakehouse (Beta) connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn
In addition, open the dataflow Gen2, in Home Ribbon, click Manage connections. Unlink the Lakehouse connection under Current project if there is. And remove the Lakehouse connection under Global permissions. Then go through Get data to try to connect to a lakehouse again.
Let me know if this works.
Best Regards,
Jing
thanks for your support but I cahnged the regional settings to US
Thank you for this information. So just changing the regional settings to US solved this problem? Amazing...
Use USERCULTURE to read the current setting.
