Hi,
I have made some transformations on a date column in a Notebook but when I look at that column in the lakehouse it dosen't show the changes after a refresh of the table. But when I check the column through the SQL analytics endpoint I see the changes.
Is that a bug, even a known bug? Or could something else be wrong?

Hi @hakan_brovell ,
When you apply a modification in your data column type or added new data, you can have a time to sync metadata between lakehouse and sql analytics endpoints. Refresh the lakehouse by clicking the button refresh in the top ruban of your lakehouse, you can also refresh your navigation page.
Hope it can help you !
Best regards,
Antoine
Hi @hakan_brovell and @AntoineW,
Thanks for sharing this thread — I’ve been exploring Lakehouse and SQL analytics endpoints recently, and issues like these help new learners like me understand the sync behavior better.
The explanation about metadata delay and refreshing the Lakehouse view was really helpful. Appreciate the clarity!
