I get this error message when attempting to pick an Azure Log Analytics workspace to send my Fabric logs to. See here:
Has anyone managed to get this working?
I've enabled the use of Log Analytics workspaces in the Fabric Admin portal and have 'contributor' access to the Azure subscription the Log Analytics workspace sits in.

Hi @kayl-669,
According to the error message, it seems like the required entity already exists on azure side and it seems not allow you to directly overwrite.
Perhaps you may need to open the azure portal to find and delete it or try to choose a new subscription to create connections.
In addition, you can also you take a look at the official document limitation part if your scenario meet to the limits:

Thanks for your help. Based on the document you shared, the content of any logs sent to Log Analytics would just relate to semantic models and not the Fabric pipeline run metrics I wanted. The inability to export logs about pipeline runs is a serious deficiency of Fabric currently - it's on the roadmap I think however.
