DateFormat.Error csv/xlsx files to DataFlow from on-prem SharePoint

Hi, guys,

Files can be loaded to Power BI Desktop, but when I try directly in Power BI Capacity Premium Workspace as DataFlow Gen1 or Semantic file, it gives the below error, problem is that, it was working 10 days ago. It just suddenly stopped working, and we cannot reinitiate again. Any ideas what can be the problem?

Hi @ataby_agalarbyl ,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

As per my understanding please go through the below steps:
Verify that the data format in your CSV/XLSX files remains unchanged, as even minor alterations can lead to errors.
If you're using an On-Premises Data Gateway, make sure it is correctly configured and running. Additionally, review the gateway logs for any errors or warnings.

If this post was helpful, please give us Kudos and consider marking Accept as solution to assist other members in finding it more easily.

Does "Show Details"  reveal any details?

If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .

Unfortunately details doesn't show anything specific either. It is very much annoying situations that error message doesn't tell us what is really wrong.
