why the dax calculate remove the filter from the main table

i have a table that filtered on specific site (facebook) and specifc date (17/7/2021)

in the table i have transactions (cycles_id) and local start time for each cycle. 

i want to present the first and the last cycle for each date and site.

this is the table before the new measure and the tables below

when i added the meaure of first_cycle_time is removed the filter of site and date (from dim tables)

what is the best option to deal with my problem?
