My date Column contains Date ,text(no yf) and N/a because of which i am unable to convert it to Date column , please help ....

Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Power Query – Transform – Replace Valus .
Value To find: No YF
Replace With: No need to fill in, show blank
2. In one operation:
Value To find: #N/A
Replace With: No need to fill in, show blank
3. Select this column - right-click -Change Type – Data/Time

You can only have date values in a date column. You can consider either removing error rows, or replacing them with a default value.
