sum of last 10 values by one user

Hello.

I'm trying to create a calculated measure that would COUNT hasExtPower=TRUE for a certain PublicDeviceId. This measure must count only the last 10 entries (GpsTime DESC).

The output should look like this

SN                            Count of last 10 messages TRUE
