sum of distinct counts not working

Hi

on the right hand side, i am doing a distinct count funtion but want to convert it to the bar chart against a location field

you can see for croydon, there is a record total of 1 but it should be 5 as the person is assinged to the location and has completed 5 TBTs across the year so far

can anyone please advise???

You should probably show a sample of data for your table April Tool Box Talk. Do you have a new row in the table every time you have a new TBT?

In Name column, more than one name pops up for different months and also for the same month as well

i have managed to distinct count across each month

but i want to show that in chart but with the totals
