row subtotals matrix power bi show wrong values for distinct count

Dear Users,

 

I'm building matrix table Column/ rows with 2 Dimension(DatasetName/Year), Value field using Distinct count for one column.

 

Got wrong sub total.

Please show you data and the DAX you are using to calculate the measures for the months.
