Hi there,
I am struggling to find an efficient DAX formula to give me a column which contains the latest date from 2 date columns.
For example, the below table is my data source and the 2 columns I would like to use are "Lease End Date" & "Lease Secondary End Date":
I would like to add the below column highlighted as desired result in Power BI?
Please help me solve, I've been trying for the last 2 hours with no easy solution found yet.
Thank you,
Edward

Max([Lease End Date],[Lease Secoundary End Date])
Max([Lease End Date],[Lease Secoundary End Date])
Thank you.
For the rows which has a blank "Lease Secondary End Date" the result is returning me a blank instead of the "Lease End Date"?
when we use MAX , blank = 0. the result will be whatever non 0.
