project value distributed over upcoming months

My goal is to visualize the project values for the upcoming months. There are two solutions, both would be of interest:

1. For example, disregarding that StartDate is a date and threating it only on monthly level. So that Project ID 1's value would be split between October (33.333) and November (16.667).
   
   
2. Treat StartDate as a Date, and factor in the remaining days or workdays of the month.
