order columns in a table with data coming from multiples tables

Hi All,

I have a table with 4 columns, see screenshot attached where are columns and data where data are coming from:

column FOLDER NAME with data coming from table Issues TestCase

column SCENARIO with data coming from table Issues_SubTask

column Summary with data coming from table IssuesLinked DFS

column TEST CASE STATUS with data coming from table IssuesLinked_SubTask

I am trying to order :

Column FOLDER NAME ASC, and also

Column SCENARIO ASC

But in table I have only 1 choice ascending or descending as screenshot attached.

Please any suggestion to get ordered this table based in 2 or more columns ?

regards

Sorry read the question wrong. If you want to order column values in table. You can just hold the shift and sort the table one by one

Hello @luis_pflucker

Unfortunately there is not a quick and easy way to do it.

What i recomend is to create rule that indexes the order.

Here is an example. I want to order colums first to fifth

I create index column

StenbergAleksi_1-1635357221124.png

and after this you click the column --> go to column tools tab --> Sort by column name

Here is the result:

Hope this helps you!
