    ania_roh , Create a new column like

    new column =
    var _max = maxx(filter(Table, [date]<earlier([Date]) && [ID KPI] =earlier([ID KPI])),[Date])
    return
    maxx(filter(Table, [date] =_max && [ID KPI] =earlier([ID KPI])),[value])
