need help with a dax formule for a work schedule

Hello i have a data set with a colum with months where the people must do hun work.

i now use this formule but this doesnt work because of parameter etc:

Assistent Bijgewerkt = IF(RELATED('Hulptabel assistent'[Maand])= CONCATENATEX(Maand,Maand[Maand])|| RELATED('Hulptabel assistent'[Maand]) ="NVT", "Ja", "Nee")

can anybody help me with a formula that does workthe data look like (see screenshot) i have a colum poer function with months and `1 colum with months en 1e kwartaal etc etc

Based on the description, what is the result is you want?

For the DAX formula:

The RELATED function returns a related value from another table.

Then, the CONCATENATEX function concatenates the result of an expression evaluated for each row in a table.
