matching word from multiple columns

Am looking to get a DAX formula for the following scenario, 

If Stage = 1, and Artifact1 to Artifact4 columns = Released, then output Ready For Sale in the new coloum

I hope I have understood your requirement correctly, please use the below dax as a calculated column and you're good to go.

Launch Progress =
    IF( 'Table'[Stage] = 1 && 'Table'[Artifact1] = "Released" &&
'Table'[Artifact2] = "Released" && 'Table'[Artifact3] = "Released" &&
        'Table'[Artifact4] = "Released" , "Ready for Sale" , "Not Ready" )
