Hi @Anonymous
Brother, would you please place a screenshot of your data model along with the relationships?
@Anonymous
The formula contains three tables. Please provide complete information
@Anonymous You might try ISINSCOPE instead of HASONEVALUE. Also, I would create your measure for your rows and then create a separate measure that uses that measure that returns either the row value or the total value depending on whether you are in a row or total row.

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

@Anonymous Sample data. Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
