how to filter particular data from table using Dax in RLS section

Hi There,

I need to extract the particular data from a table using Dax in RLS Section. 

Ex. table has two columns 1. Region_ID and 2. Region_Code. the table has 20 records/rows of data. 

Scenario 1: The manager should access only the first 10 records.

Scenario 2: The CEO should access all 20 records.

Please help me with the Dax please.

@Anonymous : To implement this, you would require a mapping table with email id and allowed region id.
