how to exclude blanks and null while rankx

Hi,

I am trying to rank but unfortunately  the  ranking is done for null and blank too i guess,how do i avoid it.The formula i am using is below,

I am finding the median and ranking it based on median days of all the company and the number of sale should be equal to more than 10 .

. Median_FIRM_TimeToSell_ALL_RANK =

var firm_userprincipalname = [MF_USERPRINCIPALNAME]

RETURN

IF([.Sum_FIRM_Sales_ALL] >= 10,

CALCULATE(

    RANKX (

        ALL ( IMPORT_SQL_monthly[MemberFirm] ),

        CALCULATE ( MEDIAN( IMPORT_SQL_monthly[TimeToSell] ) ),

        CALCULATE ( MEDIAN( IMPORT_SQL_monthly[TimeToSell] ), LOOKUP_MF_USERS[PrincipalName] = firm_userprincipalname )

        ,ASC)))

It should be the following ranking which is correct
