how to do LOD if-else condition in power BI

I'm trying to convert the Tableau dashboard to Power BI.

It is a simple if-else condition based on condition where if a>0 then column1 else column2

column1 =

        CALCULATE (

       DIVIDE( SUM(column1]),SUM(column2),0),

     Allexcept(sheet1,sheet1(docNo))  

)

Column2 = 

CALCULATE (

       DIVIDE( SUM(column3]),SUM(column2),0),

     Allexcept(sheet1,sheet1(docNo))  

)

a = CALCULATE(

    SUM(Value),

    ALLEXCEPT(Sheet1, Sheet1(docNo))

)>0

The column/measure which needs to be created

column = if(a = true(), column1, column2)

How do I achieve the column in power BI. 

In column the DAX is not getting responded and in measure not able to call the column a.

How Do i create this in Power BI?

help in this is needed

@asdf1608 I would recommend creating all of those as measures, not columns. If they are all measures then measures can reference other measures.
