YTD in matrix last column

I need help to solve the formula for YTD column, it doesnt seem showing correct value.

Formula used: ytdmeasure = TOTALYTD(SUM(CO2E[Value]),CO2E[Dateee],ALL(CO2E[Dateee]),"30/7")
Here are my sample file: vehicle data v2.pbix

@mirf Looks like a single table data model and as such, TI and CALCULATE methods will likely not prove successful. So, either star schema it with a date table or try something like this
