how to calculate 10% of the values of a column + 0.1 ?

Hi all, 

 

First time here 🙂

I have a table with CPU, RAM, STO Usable values.

I need to have a calculation in the GAUGE CPU 10% column to create for each CPU Usable value a threshold correspondant value with this calculation, directly in my PowerBI desktop:
CPU usable value * 10%+0.1
same for RAM and STO.
How can I format this in my Power BI?
