how to add weekly target base line in line and stacked column chart from a annual target database.

I want to create above line chart with weekly target base line. I have annual target list and booking list as under. Please advice how to set weekly target against achieved ffe same as above graph in power bi.

@amitchandak : yes booking list has date . and yes want to split target weekly. is it possible to create PBIX. may be that will be more helpful for me to understand formula crearly.
