how do i select individual rows to find the difference between 2 columns

I would like to click on individual rows to present the difference between pre & post measurements in %. (POST - PRE) 

i'm unable to come out with new calculated columns or a new measure. PLEASE HELP!!

As per your question I tried to answer your question.

1. Create new column as

% change = ('Table'[PG1 post]-'Table'[PG1 pre])/('Table'[PG1 post]+'Table'[PG1 pre])
