get the base number from rn date

Hi everyone,

The dax below gives me the number of subscribers that have optin to our marketing campaings by email.

base check= CALCULATE([Subscribers_Email], ALL(data_history_append_update[EMAIL_OPTIN_FLAG]))

Given that the report refreshes once a week (every Monday), how can I get the AVG of this base by week and by month?

@ROG , Assuming you are using date table 

measures

week =

averagex(Values('Date'[Week Year]), [base check])

Month =

averagex(Values('Date'[Month Year]), [base check])
