Hi try it :

 

first_id = IF(ISBLANK(LOOKUPVALUE('Table'[id], 'Table'[id], 'Table'[source_id])), 'Table'[id], LOOKUPVALUE('Table'[id], 'Table'[id], 'Table'[source_id]))
