dynamically select value from between slicer for calculated column on the basis of hour slicer

Hi all, 
I need to calculate the selected working hour slicer, from 0 to 23, whatever selected from slicer, say 9 to 5, i have to get the 8 hours and add it to other values in a calculated column, 
I an able to get this 8 hrs only in a measure and not for a column, its giving 23 constantly, 
Is there any way to take the hours dynamically and add it to the column

No, that's not possible. Calculated columns are only calculated during data load or refresh, they don't take account of any slicers or filters. If you want something to react dynamically you have to use a measure.
