Hello everyone,
I have a fact table that contains only data with end-of-month dates, and that is connected to a calendar table in the data model. Additionally, I have a measure in the fact table that sums the values of a field called "Valor". So far so good, I display it in a table with a date segmenter, which shows only the end-of-month date.
This is the measure: aux_ACTIVOS_NET_TOTALES_SIEFORES:=sum(ANSB[Valor])
Now, I need a new measure in the same pivot table that returns the same value but from the end of the past month relative to the date selected in the date slicer, so I created the following measure:
1M_aux_ACTIVOS_NET_TOTALES_SIEFORES:=CALCULATE([aux_ACTIVOS_NET_TOTALES_SIEFORES],DATEADD(Calendario[Date],-1,MONTH))
Now the problem is that de Date Slicer is showing dates that are not end of month dates (because the use of dateadd()). I need display only end of month dates in the date slicer, is any solution available for this kind of requirements using time intelligence measures?
This is the resulting date slicer after using Dateadd() measure:
pd: im wonking in excel enviroment before trying on PBI. I´d really appreciate a solution that works in boths enviroments.
Thank you very much in advance and greetings to all of you from Chile.
