Hi there. I think the troubleshooting is rather easy... I think there's a function that turns a date into its underlying float value representation (it could be datevalue or value... something of this kind, anyway). Use this function in another calculated column to see what error and where you get. Also, there might be a logical function that tells you whether something is a correct date or not. Use it to troubleshoot. You might use DAX Studio for this.
I don't think it's enough to say that something is causing an error and expect people to troubleshoot. Would you please make it clearer? What error? Why don't you show the error? Don't be shy...
