date/time difference
Hi all
I am trying to work out the working day/time difference to establish the case length. ideally discounting non work days/hours.
This are the 2 fields i have, and a date table.
Any help will be great.
Thanks

Hi EloiseJane ,
According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) This is my test data.
(2) We can create a calculated column.
Working Days = NETWORKDAYS('Table'[Created Date], 'Table'[Resolved Date], 1)(3) Then the result is as follows.

Hi EloiseJane
What are the working hours? What are the non work days? Do you have a holiday table? Please share the same sample data as copy/paste. - AnonymousNot applicable
