When i write the this measure i should be getting the same value in each and every row.But when i write, the year wise the values is same everywher and the month wise the value is same everywher. Iideally shouldn't i get the same value at year level and month level everywhere Ideally i'm supposed to get the same value at month level and year level when i write the mesure. But the year wise it is same everywhere and month wise it is same everywhere.

Hi,

Your matrix includes quarter level information and your dax is now removing only month and year context. You can either refer to 'calendar'[date].[month] in your ALL or e.g. user only ALL('calendar').

I uploaded the wrong picture, even for quarter and year , the same is happening

In this figure also, all the items are getting ranked 1 when the each quarter should have been ranked in the respective years
