calculation groups / Table matrix

Does anyone have work with a create matrix (see below screenshot) by using a calculation group? I hope someone can guide or help me with a short introduction. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your solution. I will accept your answer

but need to take it further. It challenged me. I am sure someway I can use your guide, but my knowledge is fundamental within the Dax and calculation group. Please see my attached excel file and calculation step behind the matrix "Bridge".
