calculating number of accidents per lakh vehicles

hey guys , i am having a probelm , I have accidental datarecord, some columns are 
1. number of vehicles involved in accident (numercial column contains 1,2,....6 )
2. measure (total number of accidents )
3. Months name ( its is in dates table)
i want to calculate number of accidents per lakh vehicles ,over months .
 # number of accidetns per lakh vehicles means .... Total Accidetns *100000 /vehicles  over each month 
please help me ..

Use the following DAX formula for your measure:

Accidents Per Lakh Vehicles = SUM('YourTableName'[measure]) * 100000 / SUM('YourTableName'[number of vehicles involved in accident])

the Data is in different tables , and there are several columns , thats why i am sending you  the columns that we require :
is there any specific thing so please ask me i'll try to provide .

 for total accidents i have created a measure .

Total_Accidents = COUNT(v3_dimensional[Crime Number])
