Years past data

How can I get the total of a previous year on an automated basis? 

Im looking to have  report that is always displayin gall of last years data, on an automated basis.

For example show all of last year 2022 and change every time the year changes.

The data for this is a measure [Accidents per 100k Miles] and Date is ''Datamart AccidentSummary'[Merged FC]

CALCULATE(

    [Accidents per 100k Miles],

    YEAR('Datamart AccidentSummary'[Merged FC]) = YEAR( MAX('Datamart AccidentSummary'[Merged FC]))-1

)

This givs me a total of all not the specific year. I need a display of this year and last year.
