Wrong row totals

Hi everyone, I'm facing a weird problem. I'm getting wrong totals or maybe wrong values for line items. Please consider below snapshot. Here, please refer to Abs Failed Customers Count. Here, you can see that the month wise numbers doesn't add up to the total for the year. Monthwise numbers are very less but the total for the year is very high. Why is it that the numbers aren't adding up correctly? Whereas it's adding up correctly for Gross Failure Count measure. I have also attached the code for Abs Failed Customers Count below for reference.

Just to give a brief about what I'm writing to achieve. I have a table with payments details. There are successful transactions and unsuccessful transactions. First column, I am showing total number of transactions (successful + failed), then gross failure count which will give me among total how many have been failed. Next I need to find how many customers have been recovered out of failed and derive absolute failed customers.

Please help me to get the totals right. If someone has other easier approch please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Can you shed some more light on the recovered customer count conditions or filters? Also a sample PBIX would help to derive the solution quickly.
