Wrong calculations across all reports

Hi All,
I have weird situation. 😞

in every report i have incorrect calculation. I really hope someone can give me advice.

Even on report where i have only one table and without using measures i do recive wrong sum , average or anything.
I tired in different formats and different measures, 

it is without slicers and/or filters - powerbi average from column in example as well
Source is accessable , refreshed , have correct access. Any ideas?

* Data format is the same on both sides .
