Visualize Average Difference Between Dates By Month

I have the below measure:

Days To Deliver =
//how many days between submitted vs requested date
VAR recieved =
    SUM('ORDER LOG'[DATE RECEIVED])
VAR requested =
    SUM('ORDER LOG'[Delivery or Pickup Needed])
return
DATEDIFF(recieved,requested,DAY)

It calculates the difference between two dates (submitted vs requested).

I am trying to drag that into a line graph to figure out the average each month. But when I do that the graph adds up the values instead of averaging them.

The graph is adding them up which is creating high numbers for Days to Deliver.

Here is the actual data by PO#

The highest number is 25, so it shouldnt be above that.

Is there any way to adjust my measure to get me the visual I am looking for?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks!
