Use table result as measure in analysis

Is it possible to return a table expression result as a value and use it as a measure in my model.

I receive an error when trying to use this as a measure in my analysis. "SummerizeColumns() and AddMissingItems()" may not be used in this context"

My syntax is

MEASURENAME:=

RETURN

GROUPBY (
    SUMMARIZECOLUMNS (
        TABLE1[COLUMNA],
        TABLE1[COLUMNB],
        "value", [amount]
    ),
    "test", SUMX ( CURRENTGROUP (), [value] )
)

Hi @andymcgurty

itis impossible to use table as a measure calculation result

you should either use the either aggregation or exactly cell value

maybe you should use construction like

= CALCULATE(SUM([amount]), ALLEXCEPT( TABLE1, TABLE1[COLUMNA], TABLE1[COLUMNB]))
