Up arrow and down arrow indication compare with different table Values.

I have two table  first table name called FInal and next table name called Template . both table table have Quantity column.

I am trying to compare both table value

If FInal Quantity value is greater than Template Quantity .  it should be  UP arrow .

if Final Quantity values is less the then  Template Quantity , it should be Down arrow .

i have tired the below code for background color but its not working.

Color code = (

     MAX(FINAL[Quantity])  > MAX(template[Quantity]),"Green",
     MAX(FINAL[Quantity])  < MAX(template[Quantity]),"Red",
    "Black"
     )

looking for support . thanks in advance

@Anonymous , You can create both arrow and color. Arrow using Unichar

/////Arrow
Arrow =
var _change =[Net Sales YTD]-[Net Sales LYTD]
return
SWITCH (
TRUE(),
_change > 0, UNICHAR(9650),
_change = 0, UNICHAR(9654),
_change < 0, UNICHAR(9660)
)

/////Arrow Color
Arrow color =
var _change =[Net Sales YTD]-[Net Sales LYTD]
return
SWITCH (
TRUE(),
_change > 0, "green",
_change = 0, "blue",
_change < 0, "red"
)

Use arrow a measure and color in conditional formatting using field value option
