Unable to get count of other columns correct when i unpivot some columns

I am working on a dataset where i have yes/no/na type questions along with other questions.

1. For Yes/No Question I am selecting unpivot by clicking on edit query and then it unpivots the selected columns ,from which i can very well make the graphs.

But in the same table others question counts gets disturbed, thats why i am not able to work on other question.

See,i Have only 20 rows with 300 different columns.

Now when i unpivot some of the columns it goes to around 400 rows which is correct.

And i can plot the graphs correctly.

But the problem is that original sheet contains only 20 rows and if i have to work on some other columns to create graphs/table then it is working on  total 400 rows which is incorrect.https://file.io/vyA9R1Y3s15h

I have also attached sample data file
